Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Improvements

Design/construction phase

Many of the 400 heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems at the Robert W. Hite Treatment Facility are maintenance intensive while others require energy efficiency improvements. As part of the HVAC Improvements Project, the systems were assessed in early 2016 to determine the benefits of both equipment modification and rehabilitation. Following completion of the design phase for the identified improvements, construction began in April 2016 with completion in 2017.
