    Farming Plan: Grazing

    The tentative grazing plan is to utilize the METROGRO Farm pastures in the May-December time frame. If substantial spring moisture is received in 2007, it will help the grasses to break dormancy and to continue producing through the summer. Extra care is being given to stocking rates and grazing practices to protect the grasses and prevent sod damage. Stubble management is a concern and grazing on these areas will follow best management practices for appropriate residue retention.

    Table 4 identifies the size and location by Farm property of each pasture:
